A Distinct Capability

The tandem interview advantage.

For sensitive matters involving senior employees, executives, conflicting accounts, or complex multi-party misconduct, clients may retain David Frizell and Tom Kiefer to conduct tandem investigative interviews. Their complementary federal, counterintelligence, and command-level law enforcement backgrounds support coordinated questioning, careful follow-up, and a documented record for legal counsel and organizational decision-makers.

Dual Observation

Two experienced investigators can listen closely to the same account, identify inconsistencies or gaps, and develop follow-up questions. Statements are evaluated alongside available records and other evidence.

Strategic Interview Roles

One investigator may lead while the other evaluates, documents, and identifies follow-up opportunities in real time.

More Complete Documentation

Parallel observation and documentation support a more complete record for subsequent legal, HR, compliance, or executive review.
